  • Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Join Willow in working with students that have diverse communication profiles in a year-round, specialized school setting. As we grow, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of educators, BCBAs, and mental health professionals, to help students build meaningful communication skills that promote learning, connection, and independence.


  • Director of Special Education

    Work closely with administrative leadership, our Clinical Director, BCBAs, and Chief Clinical Quality Assurance Officer (BCBA) within a highly supportive, interdisciplinary framework that values evidence-based practice, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This is a rare opportunity to provide high quality leadership in the design and implementation of academic systems, ensure instructional excellence, regulatory compliance, and foster meaningful educational outcomes for every Willow Academy student.

  • School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Join Willow Academy as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a structured, supportive school setting. This is a uniquely impactful role where you can bring your ABA expertise into a collaborative educational environment designed to help students build the skills needed to successfully transition to less restrictive settings.

    This is a unique opportunity to join a team that merges the best qualities of in-center ABA services with the atmosphere of a school environment. Work closely with students with intensive behavioral needs, lead a small and manageable caseload, and receive ongoing clinical mentorship and development.

  • School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    Put your ABA training into action while working in a supportive, structured school setting designed for students to gain the necessary skills to transition back into a general education setting.

    Serve students with complex needs in a year-round, school setting and receive enhanced training to ensure fully equipped and supported in this role. All services will be performed under an intensive supervision model with BCBAs that will provide opportunities for support and collaboration.
