About Willow Academy

Our Mission

We provide compassionate individualized support for neurodivergent students using trauma-informed ABA principals. Our goal is to help each student feel safe, respected, and empowered to grow—while partnering with families every step of the way to celebrate progress and build lasting confidence.

  • We embrace neurodivergence by celebrating each student’s unique way of thinking, learning, and connecting with the world.

  • We empower neurodivergent individuals by affirming their strengths and supporting growth in ways that honor who they are.

  • We respect neurodivergence by listening, adapting, and ensuring that every voice is valued in the learning process.

Where Neuordivergence Is

Our Vision

The Willow Academy aspires to create a space for neurodivergent children to thrive through an inclusive and compassionate learning environment!

What We Stand for

  • At Willow Academy, we believe every student deserves to feel safe, respected, and empowered to grow—exactly as they are. That’s why we provide ample support, designed specifically for neurodivergent children.

Our approach is rooted in compassion, consent, and understanding. We embrace neurodiversity and work closely with families to create individualized plans that honor each child’s unique needs and strengths.

We envision a world where neurodivergence is not just accepted but celebrated—a place where differences are seen as strengths, and every individual has the support they need to thrive.

  • Caregivers stay connected through daily updates and progress tracking, so you’re always part of the journey.

  • Our ultimate goal is to support students not only in the present but also to prepare them for a successful transition to their next adventure—equipped with the tools, skills, and self-assurance they need to succeed.

  • Beyond behavioral support, we focus on each child’s academic growth by offering services in a customized school environment. This flexible, supportive setting is tailored to meet individual learning styles, IEP goals, and emotional needs—helping students build confidence, make meaningful progress, and thrive socially and academically.
